Sabre to buy Lastminute.com »

Lastminute.com announced on May 12th that it will be aquired by Sabre, a large US corporation in the travel industry, for a reported £577m. The offer was made by Travelocity Europe, a Sabre subsidiary. The deal has not yet been approved by shareholders.
